Browse by age: Click on your child's age category. This helps you find toys that are best suited for their developmental stage

Select your toys: Choose the specific toys you want to rent and add them to your cart

Complete your order: Enter your personal details (name, address, mobile number) and payment information to finish up.

That's all there is to it!Just so you know, for home deliveries, we'll ask you to sign a simple waiver document when you receive the toys. This document contains the same important information about the rental terms that you reviewed and agreed to on our website during checkout. Checking these terms is always a good idea when renting

What are your toy subscription plans?

Yes, we offer toy subscription plans that allow you to rent a rotating selection of toys on a regular basis

This is a cost-effective and space-saving alternative to buying toys

We currently have two subscription options:

•Three-Monthly Plan:◦Duration: 3 months.

â—¦Toys per month: You can choose 5 toys from our selection each month.

â—¦Initial Payment: Requires an initial payment of $120.

•Six-Monthly Plan:◦Duration: 6 months.

â—¦Toys per month: You can choose 6 toys from our selection each month.

â—¦Initial Payment: Requires an initial payment of $240.

What are your cleaning and sanitization protocols for the toys?

Here's how we handle it:

• All toys are cleaned with hypoallergenic, eco-friendly soap and sanitizer registered by Health Canada and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency USA).

• Even new toys undergo this strict washing and sanitizing protocol to ensure everything meets our high standards.

• For games or toys with instructions and cards, these are laminated so they can also be properly cleaned and sanitized. This thorough cleaning process is standard practice for reputable toy rental services, ensuring that the items are in excellent condition and safe and hygienic for the next child to enjoy. It's a key part of building trust in the rental service and contributing to a positive toy share experience.

How can I pay for my toy rentals?

You can pay for your toy rentals using online credit card payments only. This payment is processed directly on our website as you complete your selection of toys for rent.Please note that we do not accept cash payments. All rental transactions must be finalized exclusively through our website.

When will I be charged for my toy rental?

Payment for your toy rental is processed immediately when you complete your reservation. Your credit card is charged the moment you finish selecting the toys you want to rent on our website. As per our payment policy, we only accept online credit card payments made exclusively through our web page

What is your policy for cancelling a toy rental?

Our cancellation policy for toy rentals is based on when you cancel relative to the start date of your rental period. Having clear cancellation terms is important for rental and subscription services.

•If you cancel 3 days or more before the scheduled start date of your rental period, you will receive a reimbursement of 90%.

•If you cancel 2 days or less before the scheduled start date of your rental period, you will not receive any reimbursement.These specific timeframes and reimbursement percentages for cancellations come directly from the information you provided regarding your service's policy. What days and times are available for toy delivery and pickup?

For your toy rental service, all orders are managed through a delivery and pickup service that operates 7 days a week, including weekdays and weekends. The available hours for both delivery and pickup are from 10 AM to 8 PM. Additionally, you will contact customers to confirm the specific delivery time within this timeframe. This delivery and pickup approach enhances the convenience often associated with toy rental services, allowing families to receive and return toys without needing to visit a physical location.

What are the available rental periods for toys?

we offer, the available rental periods for toy rentals are structured to accommodate various needs, from short-term events to longer engagement. The periods you can rent toys for are:

•Same day (specifically available if you have an event)

•1 day•1 week•1 month While toy rental services often operate under a subscription model with flexible durations, sometimes described as having "no time limit" before swapping, our service offers distinct, short-term rental periods of same day, 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.

Can I extend my toy rental period?

To extend the duration for keeping the toys, you need to make another rental through our website.

Will I be charged for overdue toys?

Yes. Overdue toys will incur a late fee based on your original rental term either a weekly rate or a 4-week rate plus an additional $5 per day per toy. You have up to 3 extra days to return the toy. If the toy is not returned within that time, you will be charged the full retail value of the toy.

Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

No, but please be aware that in the case of extreme damage, loss of a critical toy part or permanent loss of a valuable toy, a reasonable compensation will be required.

Do you have delivery service?

Yes! All toy orders include delivery and pickup, available any day of the week Monday through Sunday.

For your safety and ours, our staff will not enter your home or apartment. We’ll call you upon arrival so you can receive the toys at your door.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Metro Vancouver area.

  • Free delivery is available on orders over $50 (before tax) within 20 km of our shop.
  • For distances beyond 20 km, we charge $1 per additional kilometer for delivery and $1 per kilometer for pickup (plus tax). We'll always notify you of any extra charges before confirming your order.
  • Orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free delivery anywhere in Metro Vancouver.

What happens if a toy gets broken or damaged?

If a toy is damaged but can be repaired, there’s no charge. We’ll always do our best to fix it. If the toy is beyond repair and can’t be rented out again, a reasonable replacement fee will apply. You’ll be notified before any charges are made.

What if I return a toy with missing pieces?

If the toy remains fully functional, we may waive the issue. However, if the missing piece affects playability or requires us to purchase a replacement, we’ll assess the cost and notify you. Any compensation will be fair and reasonable.

Do I need to assemble the toys I rent?

Some of our toys require assembly, while others come ready to use. For those that need assembly, we provide clear instructions to guide you through the process.

Please note that our staff is not allowed to assemble toys on your behalf, so assembly will be your responsibility.

How can I find out how many pieces a toy has?

You can see the number of pieces for each toy listed on our website in the toy’s description.

Can I buy a toy I’ve rented if my child wants to keep it?

Yes! Occasionally, we offer used toys for sale.

Do some toys require batteries?

Yes, some toys require batteries, and we include them with the rental.
